These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) define the terms and conditions under which urban guiding and accompaniment services are provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Guide”) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
The Guide offers guided tours, personalized accompaniment, thematic itineraries, and any other activity described in the offer sent to the Client. The services include only what is explicitly mentioned in the description provided to the Client.
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated. They are indicated in the quotation or commercial proposal sent to the Client. Prices do not include additional expenses such as entrance fees, transportation, meals, or any other costs not expressly included.
Any booking must be confirmed in writing (email or electronic signature) and validated by the payment of a deposit as specified in the quotation. Without confirmation and deposit, the Guide’s availability is not guaranteed.
The balance of the service must be paid no later than the day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are specified in the quotation. Any late payment may result in penalties in accordance with applicable legislation.
- More than 7 days before the service: the deposit will be refunded, minus any expenses already incurred.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before: 50% of the total amount remains due.
- Less than 48 hours before: the full amount of the service is due.
No cancellation will be accepted once the service has started.
In the event of a major impediment, the Guide undertakes to offer an alternative solution (replacement by another qualified guide) or to fully refund the amounts paid by the Client.
Tours take place regardless of weather conditions, except in cases of force majeure (official alerts, exceptional events). Unfavorable weather conditions do not constitute a valid reason for cancellation.
The Client agrees to comply with the Guide’s instructions in order to ensure the safety of the group. The Client must arrive on time at the meeting point. Any delay may result in a reduction of the tour duration without any refund.
The Guide is responsible for the proper conduct of the tour within the limits of their role as an accompanying guide. The Guide cannot be held liable for incidents related to urban infrastructure, third-party service providers, or the Client’s behavior.
The Guide declares that they hold professional civil liability insurance covering their activities. The Client is responsible for taking out any necessary personal insurance (health, accident, etc.).
The Client’s personal data are used solely for the administrative and commercial management of the service. They are neither sold nor transferred to unauthorized third parties.
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Guide’s registered office.
