Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “TCU”) govern access to and use of the information, booking, communication, and content services made available by the Guide (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

2. Acceptance of the TCU

Use of the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU by the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). If the User does not accept all or part of the TCU, they are invited not to use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

The Service allows, in particular, Users to:
consult information about guided tours, urban activities, and related services;
contact the Guide;
submit booking or information requests;
receive informational or cultural content.

4. Access to the Service

The Service is accessible via the communication channels and media implemented by the Guide (website, email, telephone, social networks, printed materials, etc.). The User is responsible for their own computer or mobile equipment and internet connection.

5. Use of the Service

The User agrees to:
use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
provide accurate information when completing contact or booking forms;
not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service (intrusions, spam, misuse of information, etc.).

6. Content

All texts, images, descriptions, logos, tour materials, and any other content published as part of the Service are the exclusive property of the Guide. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Data

Data collected through the Service (name, contact details, messages, requests) are processed in accordance with applicable regulations. They are used solely for managing the relationship with the User and are never sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties.

8. Liability

The Guide makes every effort to provide a reliable Service but does not guarantee:

the complete absence of interruptions, technical issues, or errors. The User remains solely responsible for their use of the Service.

9. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Guide has no control over these websites and declines any responsibility for their content or privacy policies.

10. Modification of the Service

The Guide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, without prior notice.

11. Modification of the TCU

The TCU may be updated at any time. The version applicable is the one in force at the time the Service is used by the User.

12. Applicable Law

These TCU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Guide’s registered office.
